What information can we get from reference impedance plot in CST?

Hi, I'm designing a microstrip structure in CST and not sure about the dimension of feed line (the main structure is circular). Can the obtained reference impedance plot (vs frequncy)help to determine the width of the line and prevent reflection between the line and the circular structure?
