Normally ,anxiety to know will form to become a stress, may eventually become a phobia. Hence in our organization, we keep gauging individual performance in-line with organizational deliverable on a short periods (weekly - production & dispatches; Plant performance - Monthly; Organizational financial performance - Quarterly).
In all these reviews, people know how to bounce back, if they are lagging.
