I just get different Rf for 68Gacl3 on Wattman paper in the presence of normal saline as the mobile phase
I appreciated if you help me and tell me if the pH affects the Rf or not and share your experiences about the Rf of 68Ga

By the paper/saline, the 68Ga complex moves to the solvent front while the unreacted 68GaCl3 stay at the origin.
What is pH of your reaction mixture? and different Rf values of 68GaCl3?

Dear Dr. Ahmad,
The Rf we got was 0.1 and sometimes 0.9!!
The ph was once 1 and 4

To resolve this issue, can you run 68GaCl3 in pH 1 and pH 4, hydrochloric acid solution (mobile phase)?
