a) For a group, look at the websites of relevant major universities, which will frequently offer descriptions of their staff grouped by specialism within their Management department; check the Psychology department too.

b) For qualified researchers, look for the relevant specialist in your national professional and academic bodies who satisfies your purposes (e.g. in the UK, look at Institute for Personnel & Development members who hold Level 7 Chartered status; and/or are members of the British Psychological Society who have completed the Qualification in Occupational Psychology and are Chartered. Next, use Google Scholar or ResearchGate to see their publications. Form a judgement of their value by looking at the number of their publications while reading those that appear most relevant to you).
