When i evaluate textbooks with using standards,
To what extent should educational content address any of the following topics?
Problem solving, representation, reasoning, communication, connections
And number and operations, geometry, algebra, probability and data analysis, and measurement?
i want to know replying these questions in preschool at 4-6 years old specially with NCTM standards.
The educational content is defined in the curricula of the different educational levels. The problem lies in the conception of teaching and learning that assumes the process, the teaching methods, the means to be used, the use of ICT (s), the available educational resources and the teaching paradigm. It is somewhat complex and depends on many factors, its essence is in a teaching development, to achieve a developer learning in the characteristics of each science and in their particular didactics.

and i want to know that Is there any universal standard for the extent of learning any of the mathematical concepts in this course?

Colleague Nasim, in our opinion, the concept transits through different levels of assimilation in learning and its extension limits the object that represents it. It would not be correct to talk about the extension of learning for some concept, but the correctness would be the complexity of the concept increases when it goes through the different degrees and learning takes place in the formation of that concept from the didactics to its formation. Therefore, I consider that the standards are defined by the current program for this study plan at that level of training. Thank you and excuse my English because my language is Spanish

In humble opinion it depends on the objectives of teaching a particular subject. And the ability to collect all these criteria while writing textbooks.
