I am forming small cardiac monolayers on glass coverslips and would like to provide point stimulation using my laboratory's existing Powerlab system that is usually used for isolated hearts.

We have ease hooking up electrodes for point stimulation of hearts but these electrodes have not been working on these much smaller cardiac monolayers consisting of ~250k cells.
