I could not understand what you are asking? What is this image? What kind of experiment did you conduct? What are those samples? (RNA-DNA-Protein?plasmid?genomic DNA, fragment???) What were your conditions? What is your real question? Please explain more clearly, maybe one can help.
well, probably, He tired to asked that which microorganism has these band profiles. In other words he asked us that to predict microorganism from the electropharesis photo.
First of all, you can not predict any of the organism via a photo such that. If you want to predict organism you need at least 16s rRNA sequences. Or basicly a DNA fingerprint result.
These bands can be anything, They can be a gene's PCR result, or anything that we can imagine. You have to explain what is these band are come from.
As I mentioned before, these bands can be anything so I can not explain why there is a peak in 3rd one. But actually your terminology is wrong as well. It is not a peak, Agarose gel electropharesis is a type of basic mass spectrometry. In other words, this band in 3rd collum has a higher mass than the others which means is that it has more nucleotides wheither deoxyribose or ribose.
For more details please send me a private message, you can contact in Turkish too.
The prediction of this microorganism will be very difficult because lack of precision of informations. It is important to precise kind of standard and restriction enzymes used. For efficient analysis please follows 16S rRNA technic as recommended.
