I read a paper about Impedance analysis.
In this paper, there is a sentence describing frequency
'the oscillating amplitude was fixed at 25mV and impedance spectra were collected between 1MHz and 100Hz in the logarithmic manner, ten points per decade.'
I want to know what is that 'ten points per decade' meaning for.

There are 4 decades between 1 MHz and 100 Hz (a factor of 10): (1), 1 MHz - 100 kHz; (2) 100 - 10 kHz; (3) 10 - 1 kHz; and (4), 1 kHz - 100 Hz. For each decade, 10 frequencies logarithmically spaced were measured. In total, the authors measured the impedance at 41 frequencies (4 decades * 10 frequencies/decade + 1).
