What does it mean when Nanoparticle uptake is unchanged for cells treated with dynasore and reduced in case of chlorpromazine and genistein?

When I am treating cells with endocytosis inhibitors Dynasore, chlorpromazine and genistein for 1 hour and then exposing them to nanoparticles for a period of 1 hours, the internalization of my particular sized nanoparticles is unchanged for dynasore treated cells but reduces drastically for chlorpromazine and genistein treated cells.
