Different Journals have different processing speed.

If you have submitted recently and the date is updated then this might means that your manuscript is send to suitable editor. After checking your manuscript, he will send your manuscript to reviewers.

If you have submitted earlier, then the updated date might means that one of the reviewer has completed the review process and send back your manuscript to the editor. When the review process is completed then you might see "Review completed".
