We are trying to characterize our novel Ab against salmon TNF-a (FITC-labelled) using flow cytometer and we have some problems, I hope you may help me with.
1- Sometimes we get more than 2 peaks in the histogram of FITC (three or four as shown in the attached JPEG file).
2- In the plot # 6, I don't know why I have this lines throughout the plot rather the having a usual homogeneous plot.
3- what Q9-3 means ? is it garbage that didn't stain with PI
4- From the attached file, do you have any advice to a flow beginner; as I am a little bit new to the Flow cytometer.
