I'm synthesizing graphene film on copper foil and characterizing it with Raman spectroscopy. I have the 1580 peak and the 2700 peak but also a sharp peak at 2450. It even has more intensity than 2700.
Sorry for the very late update. Thank you for your answer, you were right. The peak was originating from environmental light. Even though our Raman had a light-cancelling cover, we actually had to turn off every single light in our lab to get rid of that extra peak.
