Peer review means that a board of scholarly reviewers in the subject area of the journal, review materials they publish for quality of research and adherence to editorial standards of the journal before articles are accepted for publication.
Peer reviewer checks the qualitative aspects of the article starting from its implications, relevance, research hypothesis, results, discussion, deductions, references and finally the take home message. The valuable inputs he gives in the research makes its more robust as per my opinion.

Check every part of the article, first of all, the title and the originality of work then read and check carefully every part beginning with the abstract. Then check is title and abstract are appropriate. The abstract is a mirror of work, so is the abstract provides the information about the work? Is the purpose of the article and its significance stated clearly? Are the study methods sound and appropriate?
Is the writing clear and concise? Are the conclusions or summary accurate and supported by the content? Is the article of interest to members of the education research community?. After that, he/ she make his/ her decision about the article.
