I have downloaded these sequence from NCBI and I Want to further study the sequence in italic but during designing of my primers  for RNAi the other sequences seems to interfere,my designed primers can also knock down them so I'm wondering if these sequences does not share the same function since they belong to the same family  and named almost the same with a slight difference in 8-like,6-like,2 like

Any suggestions on what the naming of these sequence  is based on will be really helpful
