Amir and Lobel (2014) state, 'The drop in Motivation and results may be more damaging to companies than the actual loss of the employees'. Amir and Lobel in their Harvard Business Review Jan/Feb2014 brief article highlighted this statement when talking about how noncompetes stifle performance... have you experienced this, or do you have any cases that might assist us understand this - which I believe is a very important thing - 'drop in motivation' might be disastrous not only for the business, but for the employees' well-being and health! Thus, the health of the community, then the society as a whole.
