What do you think about this hypothesis? It is likely that we will find some present-date living microorganism taxon which uses such primitive code of only 10 amino acids?

The existence of a doublet genetic code appears to be highly unlikely, at any time, past present or future.
The existence of doublet genetic code means 16 doublet codons coding for twenty different amino acids or the existence of the organism with only 16 different amino acids and both seems highly unlikely. So, it is not possible.

It is great idea !!! Maybe the whole group (class) of such enzymes exists. It would be a big contribution to Patel hypothesis, if true.

Yes, I would like to verify this, but unfortunately there is probably no user-friendly way to do this (searching all known reference proteomes and look for proteins composed only from amino acids of class II aatRNA synthetases would consume a lot of computational time).
