We found very interesting results with carbon nanotubes. For instance, with the addition of the CNTs and the RTFOT aging, the elastic and viscous moduli evaluated at high temperatures increases, as the stiffness is increased which leads to an increase in the shear modulus. In the case of low temperatures, the NTC contribute to the magnitudes of the modules is reduced, thereby decreasing the susceptibility to fatigue.

It is limted for Carbon nanotubes to improve the asphalt mixture performance. But the carbon nanotubes is expensive materias for road. I don't think it is best choice to use the carbon nantubes in pavement just now.
