First and foremost, I make sure I am informed on the subject and do what I can on an individual level (e.g.. Walk where I can walk to, take mass transportation, recycle correctly where possible, reuse instead of use once and throw away). Another way I could improve my involvement is by applying my research and art to communicate with others on the subject and exchange ideas on action.
I would try my best to uptake minimum facilities of the technological advancement, try to make habit of using old and conventional methods of minimum carbon emission, try to influence others to follow, show the others how to refuse, reduce and reuse of essential materials. I would involve myself in utilizing my educational knowledge in every sphere of life and would involve intensive awareness activities that can influence others.
Phani Babu is an excellent researcher in the field of climate change and he is 100 % correct. However carbon credit must be made mandatory to all industries as apart of CSR

Afforestation and sustainable consumption pattern is the few best policies to address the issue of climate change.
