I think you can find very interesting the contributions of the researcher at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Leopold Pacquay, especially his research related to teacher training, strategies and skills. I am currently studying this issue with a group of colleagues and we have found very interesting developments show that more is learned in practice led by the hand to the theory, that promote training courses disconnected from areas of practice.

I challenge my students to ask questions about the material, pursue their research interests in medicine, and to argue points back on their quizzes and exams. If they can successfully defend their answer using the book, an online source, or logic, then I award them either partial credit or full credit.
