what can one do in cox gwas when one of the covariates does not satisfy ph assumption?

I use gwasurvivr package and thought about generating an interaction term by time as a variable in the dataset and add it in the function, but is this a standard way to deal with it?

I plan to meta analyse the two gwas chip results but in each chip one model has sex that violates ph assumption and another chip model has AAO violating the ph assumption

In this case should I separately make interaction terms and run slightly different gwas models and later meta analyse? will that be a problem to do so?
