What could cause this small peak around 300 nm in UV-ViS spectrum?

This is a result of silver nanoparticles synthesis using bee pollen and ethanol as a medium. I also used water and managed to obtain decent nanoparticles but not really in this one. I would like to know correspond to the peak around 300 nm on my spectrum. Are those remains from bee pollen or something else?
