Can anyone give me technical advice on Western Blot analysis of KRAS protein?

Hello,

I would like to measure the level of KRAS protein by Western Blot analysis. Does anyone have experience with KRAS protein detection by Western Blot. Can you give me soem technical advice, especially for KRAS protein?

Kras is about 21 KD so make sure you don't run the gel off. Use a 10% polyacrylamide, gel Also the Kras antibody's from abcam work well.
