The SV and atrium tissue were bathed in the Amphibian's Ringer's Solution (Wright, 2006). However, I modified the amount of CaCI2 so the concentration of the Calcium in the Ringers solution was adjusted to 10mM/L.
Also, would it be possible to measure the speed of conduction solely based on my ECG tracings?

In seems to me that the tracing clearly showed a block between the SV and atrium.
My question is if it could be adressed to a Möbitz type II block or to a (long) Wenckebach type I block, regarding that the first conduction time between SV and atrium after the pause is shorter than all the previous ones..
Of course you can measure the speed of conduction if you know the distance between both electrodes and obtain the record at higher posible speed (to increase the accuracy of the measurement)
