i want to couple DFO to my homopolymer made of PEG-NHSMA but the solubility of the polymer is too low in organic solvents even in DMSO. also, the nmr spectra of polymer showed nothing except a big peak corresponding to peg and dmso refrence peak. any idea how to deal with this problem?
