I usually condition the MEA by running the gases overnight and then apply a constant potential of 0.6V for an hour, but I am having an issue of not being able to apply a current above 0.1A.
To apply the current above 0.1A you have to change the E- Range

Thank you for your response. This MEA is something I received so I will ask them if there any potential problem with the MEA. I will check if there is a hole in the MEA.
I shall read over your articles to see if there is any way to improve my MEA activation procedure.
yes........ there is setting in instrument techniques.......... when we apply voltage..we have to set I-Range and when we apply current then have to set E-Range
