i did it, even on 0.025mM concentration cells start leaving the surface of the cover slip which was coated with poly L-lysine

Try to cover something else, a charged similar compound, like mdc disturbs the cells' attachement.

can you suggest me the compound which can be used in place of poly L-lysine
