As for the vocabulary; it is rooted in the structure of the mind, psycho + whatever, with some physiology such as locus coereleus for people with total recall, ACTH (AdrenoCoricoTropicHormone) for people growing artistic skills when cured with ACTH and losing them just after the end of the cure.
