27 March 2017 1 5K Report

I've been developing a research interest in state and local data sources from working with CHIS for the past few years. We all know about the BRFSS and state-level data like that, but I'm wondering what major (or not-so-major) cities, counties, MSAs, etc., have health data collection of their own. The ones I know about already are...

1) LA Community Health Survey (LACHS; http://www.publichealth.lacounty.gov/ha/hasurveyintro.htm)

2) Boston BRFSS (http://www.bphc.org/healthdata/Pages/Bosthttp://www.publichealth.lacounty.gov/ha/hasurveyintro.htmon-Behavioral-Risk-Factor-Surveillance-System.aspx)

3) NYC Community Health Survey (http://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/data/data-sets/community-health-survey.page)

4) Health of Houston (https://sph.uth.edu/research/centers/ihp/health-of-houston-survey-2010/)

What others are out there? Or has someone developed a list already that I haven't been able to find Googling? Thanks!
