What chemicals cab be used to neutralize graphene doipng to brig Dirac point near to 0 V?

CVD grahene based devices have been fabricated which often show a Dirac point near 30V or even higher. There is no Dirac point for some the devices/ The question is what chemical processing can help reduce the p-type doping of the graphene? I want to bring the Dirac point near to 0V.
