The pandemic has put a reset button on most facets of our lives. This gives us educators a reason to stop and rethink of our path going ahead. The present crisis has shown the importance of e- learning and many of us have been grappling to adapt in this changed learning/ teaching scenario. In this new era of webinars and e- learning, many educators are converting their traditional pedagogy to e - learning and eventually to LMS (Learning management system) platforms. This also is an opportunity to start afresh and create a more contemporary content that can lead to better employ-ability.
Hospitality education, special in South Asia, has long been accused of being lagging in providing up-to-date skills and knowledge that the Industry demands. In response to these challenges, what would be some key changes you could suggest as we begin to return to teaching/ learning, post reopening.

Hospitality education has become the need of the time . It is the fact rather unfortunate that human beings every part of the world have been transformed the negative elements of their movement .
I know this may be 15 to 25% of the community but their negative influence have certainly harm the environment & atmosphere of the place .
It is in this line hospitality education have to play an important part everywhere in the environment .It is in this line some years I have expressed my views in the similar line which I submit herewith for your kind perusal
Our culture has lost the traditional environment ,respect,behavior, with the result the norm of our culture have been changed in the negative formation of the action within our members & also covering our society .
Besides with the scientific & technological development the world has become smaller & with the education impact , & the habits behavior & culture of the different student of different countries may give the chance to the member of different country to be copy cat both in the change in the habit ,behavior , & the friendship among of different groups while moving ,sitting ,& discussion & such other areas play a part . It is very strange due to the change in the cultural fabrics of the society ,parents remain totally calm & quite for their children crossing the age limit of 16 yrs & above & parents have accepted this change without making any comments or guideline for their children .
