It depends on the amount of tissue obtained (say core biopsy vs EBUS-FNA), but in a core biopsy typically one can see all types of cells including pneumocytes, stromal cells, bronchial cells, sometimes cartilage, background inflammatory cells and alveolar macrophages (if any). Not to mention, if biopsy is done for malignancy, lots of neoplastic cells (e.g., adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma etc) will be seen. In FNA the material is more scarce so you may not see all components mentioned above.
