I have made a simulink model representing a 400 kw grid connected PV system with applying mppt methods. after running the model I get the response of output power produced from the PV plant as shown in the picture
it has a remarkable drop in output power. the input parameters for the PV system (irradiance and temperature ) are constants at 1000 w/m2 and 25 c respectively. what causes such drop and how to eliminate it to get an optimum response ?
Probably, you need to check MPPT allowable change in the duty cycle of the DC-DC boost converter. Large allowable changes can cause such behaviors. You may read,

yes , I checked the range of allowable the duty cycle used and make it within a narrow range and the problem was solved
