Does stepinfo command give illogical values of settling and rise time ?

Dear all,

I am applying P&O mppt on a grid connected PV system and it show this power output response for a 400 KW system. it seems it has reached the steady state but when i get the step response I get high values of settling and rise time.

s= stepinfo(p,'SettlingTimeThreshold', 0.05 ,'RiseTimeLimits',[0.05 0.95])

ts=8.6460e+05

tr=7.9010e+05

what cause such large values ? I tried to modify the threshold value but still get too large values
