I am applying the incremental conductance mppt technique for a grid connected PV system (detailed model with 400 KW). I have adjusted all the model parameters to that in Egypt with frequency equals 50 hz and secondary voltage of grid transformer = 400 v.
the response of power seems stable at little values of time but when i extend the time it shows oscillations and disturbance after 15 seconds ? what may cause such disturbance and how to eliminate it ?
It seems a solver related problem provided that you are simulating steady state conditions. Try reducing the tolerance of the solver, and also to use one of the stiff solvers.
You need to trouble shoot your system by investigating it stage by stage. So you must verify the correct operation of your DC/DC converter especially the MPPT controller. So, you have to check the output voltage variation with the pulse width variation.Also, there is some constraints on the pulse width range of the DC/DC converter.
The other important point is to verify the operation of the inverter alone by operating it from a fixed power supply voltage. The most important thing is output current control and whether it operates properly and locally generated control signal tracking with the grid supply voltage.

Please share the simulink file for your MPPT algorithm so that it can be tracked upon.
somebody may suggest by analysing your model, also some parameters in matlab need to be adjusted while simulating.
P&O are occasional deviations from the maximum power point during variable atmospheric states and calculation of correct perturbation size.

Yes. The P&O method in its simplest version (not adaptive version) does cause oscillations, what about the IC method?
