Hi Dr, thank you for your answer. I appreciate it.

To be more specific, Im using silicone rubber 80 hardness as a material, and after molding process, the part seems to not go back to their original shape after force is applied caused the dimension of the part is out of spec. I wonder if this phenomenon is caused by molding process or the material is not cured enough. I already checked using rheometer testing and the max temp for silicone to cure is 170 degree at 7 mins.

Elongation at break is not stated in technical data sheet for this type of silicone rubber. But the tensile strength value is 3.6 MPa and their extensibility is 150%.
