What software is suitable to design serpentine structure?

Hi guys.. I need to draw a serpentine structure for my NFC antenna design. But using CST is quite difficult to draw varieties of serpentine structure. Does anyone knows the suitable methods and software to easily draw serpentine structure as shown in the attached files? Thank you in advance.
