i want to regenerate some results from a paper. in the paper there data are continuous.

You need to simulate at smaller steps in the value of the parameter, over parts of the range.
In CST , it is taking 1001 frequency points for simulation whatever be the frequency range that you can change accordingly. In HFSS, manually you have to take the number of frequency points . So, for proper visualization of result increase the number of frequency points or another way we can say that decrease the step size as Mr. Malcolm White already suggested.

yes it was because of frequency but not related to its steps.
i swept the frequency and therefor i thought that solution frequency is not important so i chose it very lower than my maximum frequency, but it was important. small solution frequency provided a simple mesh.
