Our project team is trying to make TiO2 nanoparticles by green synthesis process using herb or other plant extracts. For the calcination process, a muffle furnace is essential. But due to the lack of the machine, we are trying to find alternative options for calcination. Though we decided to calcinate by flame using a gas stove, still we are looking for alternative options if it is convenient and less expensive.
Alternative options for calcining TiO2 nanoparticles without a muffle furnace include using a gas stove flame, microwave treatment, mechanochemical synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, or solar energy. These methods can provide effective and cost-efficient ways to achieve the desired nanoparticle properties.
