Reputable journals should reduce their APC, especially for researchers from middle and low income countries.

Facilitating peer review process and reducing the duration to not more than a month will go a long way to help.

Before you submit your article there are steps you can take to ensure you select a high-quality journal and avoid predatory publishers: Check to see if the journal is indexed in MEDLINE/PubMed (use filter "currently indexed in MEDLINE") or another reputable literature database such as Web of Science, CINAHL, SCOPUS, etc.

Really it is timely discussion is required this Predatory Journals issue.

The important bathing is that they are not Scopus Indexed Journals. So those who are looking for high Impact Factor and Scopus ranked scores matters for the researchers.

The predatory Journals will survive as long as substandard research can be published but none will go through those articles.

The name and fame of the Journals among the researchers are also matters for considering the the quality.

I am fully with Prof.Frank T. Edelmann and Dr.Chinaza Godswill Awuchi have pointed out the important hyperlinks to which one find the reality of the quality of the standard Journals.

Unless the particular Government will take action those Predatory Journals will lead their Publication continuously.
