Not just water management, the key in India would be to appear "socially responsible" and giving back to the community, since that is always under doubt.

3. The quest for grants and the participation of international organizations to contribute to the maintenance problems of rivers and improve water quality

4. Preparing training programs for administrators, technicians and benefit from the experiences of countries in dealing with water problems.

5. encourage graduate students and entrepreneurs to set up various projects to support water energies invest in a sustainable manner
