We are planning a project that invovles a technique called Dronc sequencing, based on Article Massively parallel single-nucleus RNA-seq with DroNc-seq

.

To start, we want to just make sure we can isolate the nuclei in-house. My boss went to a workshop discussing how to do the technique, and gave me a list of specific supplies. One of the items was Nuclei EZ Lysis Buffer from Sigma, however it isn't sold separately - only as part of a kit. What would be a good substitute? We are trying to separate nuclei from tissue with the nuclei intact.
