Surgery for the treatment of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome is among the controversial orthopedic / neurosurgical procedures regarding the results. Many articles comment on excellent results, while others reveal disappointing results. In the case of Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome what are your results? Do you perform decompression of the plexus nerve elements only through supraclavicular approach or through axillary approach? Do you also perform costotomy during your approach?
