Maybe my favorite is the one I don't have presently the opportunity to eat, which was also Queen Victoria's favorite: mangoustan from Indonesia. But I can't resist either to a good Valencia orange in february. When the granada season is on, I eat them even with fish. The figs from my garden are the sweetest in the area. I let my physalis slyly invade the island, making all the kids happy about it. I love the seasonal clock and annual succession of fruits and dislike eating them out of season. What are your favorite fruits?

Having a varied diet that follow seasons is important, because it put you in everyday contact with the rhythm of nature and, even if we seem to forget it, we are part of nature. Eating varied seasonal fruits remembers you who you are.
All fruits are healthy and have their own particular benefits, however some fruits contain more sugar (fructose) than others. Although this natural source of sugar is not as harmful as candy, it can not only cause weight gain but in high amounts facilitate the onset of other health conditions and chronic disease.
My favorite fruit is Kiwi.
