Way too broad a question. Ethical problem solving requires specific scenarios and all relevant details of problem and feasible rational options for reaching one or more possible "solutions".
Personally, I have trouble imagining an IT ethical problem requring other than straightforward, "ordinary", "usual" ethical reasoning that one would apply to non-IT scenarios, i.e., autonomy, justice, respect for privacy, et cet.
