What are these crystal like squares in my cell culture?

I have an iPSC culture plated with mTeSR on Matrigel, in 3 of my wells these squares formed. They look like crystals (especially the early/smaller ones) and float in the media.

Anyone has an idea what they are? I've never seen such crystals.

Is it contamination?
