I have a model but I could not figure out what is the unit was used during created that model... could you please explain from where could know what is the unites are used?

ABAQUS runs without any units - all numbers.
You can understand this as:
1) All of the units are SI, such as Newtons, Pascals and meters.
2) You can then scale these units and it'd also work - if your input is in millimeters and Newtons, then you get kilo-Pascals.
Essentially, the output units will match your input units.

It depands upon which system of units you are following e.g. SI, CGS, FPS etc
The units of Abaqus are specified by you and this is a nice approach allowing a lot of flexibility. Abaqus assumes you use consistent units. It does not matter which units you use, as they match with each other.
Late answer. To be frank, ABAQUS does not consider any unit system. For example, if you are defining length in an ABAQUS analysis, you can define it in centimeters or meters or millimeter.
But it is the responsibility of the user to make sure that all the units defined are in a consistent system. For example, if the unit followed for length is metres and if unit followed for time is seconds, then velocity should be defined in the system of m/s and not cm/s or mm/s. We must be consistent in using units regardless of the SI units.
Different books use various approaches of units .
If all measurements are in mm the other units should be in its empirical form ,for instance density should be g/mm 3
