Hi, I am new to target validation (a student studying this) and want to know what kind of techniques are there for target validation? I want to target a protein for example in x disease and this protein is upregulatd. I know i can do a knockout mouse but where do i go from there what assays can i do? also is Rna interference a separate technique or same as RNAi.
