I have analyzed the concentrations of heavy metals in the limestone forest soil of a tropical region. I successfully identified threshold values for As, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn, as shown in the attached file. The values were compiled based on references listed below, which provide critical concentration levels for these metals.
I am currently looking for credible sources that report threshold or critical values for iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), and cadmium (Cd), specifically in tropical forest soils. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could point me toward relevant studies or databases.

I'm afraid that you have a misapprehension about the strength of relations between soil element concentrations and their bioavailability. Any such relations will be approximate, of narrow applicability and with weak predictive power. This is true even of extracted trace elements, e.g., extracted by the Mehlich III reagent

I would be cautious about the whole approach of 'critical levels' as total element concentrations can be far above bioavailable ones. And for forests, critical concentrations would refer narrowly to plant toxicity.
