i am looking for thermal properties of CSH gel and ettringite at temperatures ranging from 100 to 1000 deg for an interval of 100 deg. I could not find any relevant material regarding this. I want to know the parameters such as thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, heat flux.
In case if the results are not available can we go for XRD and find out the values at different temperatures. Is there any option of applying temperature in the XRD test and if it is there,what is the maximum temperature.

you need to specify properties first. Thermal conductivity, strength or modulus etc. The ettringite may be seen in SEM and XRD. as you increase the temperature growth of ettringite is arrested and the crystals are decomposed which may get composed again if temperature is reduced and mositure is supplied resulting in "delayed ettringite formation". May be in pre-stressed concrete members . Please reshape your question

i am looking at microstructure study of the cement particles, can we calculate the thermal properties like co-efficient of thermal expansion of individual particles like ettringite,c3a,c3s, zypsum etc. what test will be better

The main problem how to measure the thermal conductivity and diffusivity during phase, chemical, and structural transformations in the concretes in this temperature range. All standard methods can bot be used. I have some ideas and can measure. I recommend to look my papers at the last International Thermal Conductivity Conferences ITCC 31 and ITCC 32
