I would like to know various techniques used for measurement of foot parameters like foot length, width, navicular height, etc. used in medical purpose and also in shoe making industries. Please give some references.

Check out this ref as a start. It's a large cohort and gives a broad overview of many of the radiographic measures used. I don't think it will help much wrt to footwear though.
